The 25-year-old has scored 11 goals and created a further seven in just 16 matches this term, helping Gladbach rise to second in the Bundesliga table.

Hazard first joined Gladbach on loan from Chelsea in 2014, before joining the club permanently the following summer.

He spent three years contracted to the Blues without ever making an appearance, but it appears a return to the Premier League could be on the cards.
