Liverpool set to miss out on Schalke 04 midfielder Leon Goretzka, as he agrees to join Bayern Munich the gaint of bundesliga.
According to The Mirror, Goretzka has already agreed a deal – in principle – to sign for Bayern Munich.
Goretzka’s contract with Schalke will expires at the end of the season, with Bayern set to snatch the midfielder on a free transfer.
Liverpool had heavily-linked with the midfielder over the past few months but appear to have lost the race to Bayern Munich.
The German is highly-rated in the Bundesliga and has produced a number of impressive displays this season for Schalke.
Also report that Barcelona were interested in Goretzka before he agreed to join Bayern Munich next summer.
