Latest Tottenham Spurs injury news and return dates ahead of West Ham clash

Latest Spurs injury news and return dates ahead of West Ham clash with significant players Dembele, Alli, Eriksen

Mauricio Pochettino has been given an injury boost ahead of Saturday's game against West Ham with the news that Christian Eriksen and Mousa Dembele are fit to return to action.

The former last featured for Spurs in their 2-1 win at Brighton & Hove Albion last month following an abdomen issue, thus seeing him miss out on Denmark's international fixtures over the past week in the process.
Dembele, who has been suffering with a thigh issue, last played for the Lilywhites in the victory at Huddersfield Town three weeks ago.

The news will come as a huge boost to Pochettino and everyone connected with the club after a number of issues in the middle of the park in recent weeks.
While it is good news about the key duo ahead of the trip to West Ham, Dele Alli will once again miss out as he battles his way back to fitness after suffering a hamstring injury.

The England international, who hasn't made an appearance since the Carabao Cup victory over Watford in September, is set to return to training next week.

With question marks over whether or not he will be fit to face PSV in the Champions League, he could well return in the Premier League fixture against Man City.

Danny Rose is another player who won't feature in east London this weekend due to a groin injury.

However, the left-back is progressing well with his rehabilitation.

Jan Vertonghen remains out with his hamstring injury set to keep him out of action until the start of December.
